Orthodontic Office Manager Smilebliss - Carrollton, TX Carrollton, TX Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Position Overview As our Office Manager, you will serve as the Bliss Advisor , leading the team and overseeing daily operations to ensure consistent delivery of the Smilebliss mission: Affordability, a Blissful Experience, and Time Efficiency. You will drive practice performance, support team development, and ensure every patient interaction reflects the Smilebliss model. This role is both a leader and a coach, responsible for creating a positive, efficient, and patient-centered environment. Smilebliss Model Leadership Lead Management and Scheduling Ensure timely outreach, follow-up, and scheduling of all new leads Support efficient consultations and encourage same-day treatment Maintain a productive schedule and strong patient flow Operations and Practice Performance Oversee daily office operations and ensure systems are followed consistently Ensure accuracy in scheduling, contracts, and patient records Support practice growth through strong scheduling, case acceptance, and efficiency Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop team members Provide clear expectations, accountability, and ongoing support Foster a positive, professional, and patient-focused culture Patient Experience Ensure every patient has a welcoming, efficient, and confident experience Support clear communication of treatment, affordability, and next steps Address patient questions and concerns promptly and professionally Qualifications Dental or orthodontic experience preferred Leadership or office management experience Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Alignment with Smilebliss mission and values
