Direct Hire Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM (Requires oversight of weekend and after-hours emergency dispatching)
Compensation:
$50,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonuses ($5,000•$9,000/year) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Office Manager to lead day-to-day office and field operations at our 77080 location. As the Office Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone of the business—driving team performance, organizing office procedures, coaching to performance standards, and managing scheduling/dispatching. You will directly support a growing field team of 4-6 HVAC technicians, 1-2 sales representatives, and 2-3 installation crews, while ensuring our customers receive top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities Operations & Leadership:
Direct day-to-day office administrative procedures, establish office workflows, and maintain high standards of operational efficiency.
Team Coaching & Management:
Motivate, train, and develop office staff and field support personnel; coach team members to hit performance and service standards.
Dispatch & Scheduling Oversight:
Oversee daily scheduling and dispatch for technicians, installers, and sales reps to optimize route efficiency and response times.
After-Hours Oversight:
Manage and oversee weekend/after-hours emergency coverage, coordinating with call centers and after-hours shift teams.
Tracking & Reporting:
Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), track operational metrics, and report daily/weekly production data to ownership.
Customer Service Excellence:
Handle escalated customer queries, ensure quality communication, and uphold the company's reputation for reliable service. Qualifications & Experience HVAC /
Field Services Industry Experience:
Prior experience with HVAC or home services software (preferably Housecall Pro or similar industry CRMs like ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, etc.) is strongly preferred.
Software Proficiency:
Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
Leadership Track Record:
Proven experience in operational management, team motivation, and staff coaching.
Organizational Skills:
Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize under pressure, and manage multiple moving parts across field and office teams.
Communication:
Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills. INDP2
Pay:
$20.00•$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0•45.0 per week
