Job Description
Experienced Orthodontic Office Manager/ Treatment Coordinator Ferrari Orthodontics Dallas, TX Job Details Full-time $28 - $35 an hour 3 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Customer communication Customer service Medical scheduling Recruiting Dental office experience Process management Leadership Full Job Description Ferrari Orthodontics is a growing, privately owned orthodontic practice in Dallas seeking an experienced Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator to become a key member of our team. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys both the patient-facing side of treatment coordination and the operational side of running a successful orthodontic practice. We are looking for someone who can build relationships with patients and families, confidently discuss treatment and financial options, follow prospective patients through the decision-making process, and take ownership of the systems that keep the practice organized and growing. This is not simply a front-desk position with an Office Manager title. Previous dental or orthodontic experience—and meaningful experience with treatment coordination, practice leadership, or both—is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Guide new patients and families through the consultation and treatment-start process Present treatment fees, payment options and financing confidently and compassionately Follow up consistently with pending treatment and help convert interest into starts Coordinate financial arrangements and third-party financing Monitor new-patient conversion, pending treatment and other key practice metrics Help optimize the clinical and new-patient schedule Oversee patient communication, recall and retention systems Support insurance verification and financial/insurance workflows Help maintain organized administrative systems and day-to-day office operations Identify problems proactively, research solutions and follow issues through to completion Coordinate with the doctor and clinical team to create an exceptional patient experience Assist with referring-office relationships, marketing and practice-growth initiatives Help recruit, onboard and support team members as the practice grows Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is warm, polished, organized, confident and highly accountable. You should be comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting to be assigned every task. We are especially interested in someone who can demonstrate specific ways they have improved treatment acceptance, patient follow-up, scheduling, collections, office systems or overall practice performance in a previous role. Strong candidates will have experience in orthodontics or dentistry and direct experience with treatment coordination, financial presentation, office management or practice leadership. Experience with orthodontic practice-management software, Invisalign and patient financing platforms is a plus, but strong judgment, communication skills and ownership are more important than familiarity with any one system. Why Ferrari Orthodontics? Ferrari Orthodontics is a small, growing private practice where the right person will have a meaningful voice in how the office develops. We value personal patient relationships, thoughtful orthodontic care, strong systems and a team culture in which everyone contributes to the success of the practice. This position offers significant opportunity to grow alongside the practice and to help shape the systems, patient experience and team as Ferrari Orthodontics enters its next stage of growth.
