Job Description

We are looking for an organized Office Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations and keep the workplace running efficiently in Dallas, Texas. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can balance front-office coordination, supply management, and support for key administrative functions. The role will work closely with office leadership and internal support staff to maintain a productive, well-managed environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily office activities to ensure administrative operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor inventory levels for workplace materials and arrange timely purchasing of office supplies as needed.
  • Maintain an organized office environment by tracking supply usage and ensuring essential resources are always available.
  • Provide front-desk and receptionist support, including greeting visitors and assisting with general office inquiries.
  • Support accounts payable processes by organizing documentation, tracking invoices, and assisting with routine administrative follow-up.
  • Oversee and coordinate administrative support staff, including part-time team members, to ensure consistent office coverage.
  • Work with facilities leadership to help address office needs, vendor coordination, and workplace-related issues.
  • Partner with accounting support functions to help manage administrative tasks tied to financial operations and office procedures.
