- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and multitasking skills
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including drafting memos, grammar, proof-reading and presentation skills Comfortable with detailed operations involving numbers and data
- Strong computer skills to include Microsoft 365/Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent telephone communication skills
