We are seeking a Office Administrator to join our team.. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and professional, with a positive attitude and strong office clerical n experience. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can manage multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines. Responsibilities Answer direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner Place and manage all online and direct sales orders . Maintain electronic and paper filing systems Perform general office tasks including copying, scanning, data entry, and Excel reports Provide administrative support to team members and management as needed Manage online stores for 5+ companies (product setup, pricing updates, front and back-end maintenance) Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Track sales performance, including profit and loss per invoice, commission payouts, and new vs. existing business by salesperson Qualifications Bachelor's degree required in Business, Accounting or Finance Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and QuickBooks Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines High attention to detail and follow-through Team-oriented, proactive, and motivated "go-getter" mindset Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
