This pivotal role combines expertise in medical office management, fiscal oversight, and team supervision to ensure seamless clinic operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional management skills, comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, and proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Join us to play a vital role in delivering outstanding patient care while maintaining efficient practice management. Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and JCAHO standards. Manage fiscal responsibilities including budgeting, financial management, medical billing, and revenue cycle processes. Supervise healthcare staff including administrative support, nursing personnel, and other clinical team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Utilize practice management software such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, and patient management systems to coordinate patient scheduling, records, and billing activities. Ensure accurate maintenance of medical records and electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), adhering to privacy policies and legal requirements. Coordinate human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives. Monitor compliance with healthcare policies, safety protocols, and accreditation standards like JCAHO to uphold quality standards across the practice. Qualifications Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare practice management with a strong background in clinic operations. Extensive knowledge of fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, and billing processes within healthcare settings. Demonstrated supervisory experience managing teams in a healthcare environment; excellent managerial communication skills are essential. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix; familiarity with patient management software is highly desirable. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance, health regulation policies, and managed care practices. Background in medical terminology, medical records management, and medical administrative support functions. Experience working in diverse clinical settings such as dental offices or acute care environments is preferred.
