Job Description

We are looking for an Office Manager to oversee daily workplace operations and create a well-run, welcoming environment for employees and visitors in Frisco, Texas. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is ideal for someone who combines strong administrative judgment with a proactive, service-oriented approach. The person in this role will help keep the office functioning smoothly by coordinating facilities support, managing supplies, assisting with communication flow, and contributing to a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day condition and readiness of the office, ensuring work areas, shared spaces, and meeting rooms remain organized, functional, and professionally maintained.
  • Partner with building services, repair vendors, and external providers to address facility needs and keep office operations running without disruption.
  • Track office supply levels, place orders for workplace essentials such as kitchen and administrative items, and maintain accurate inventory oversight.
  • Support cost-conscious purchasing practices by coordinating vendor relationships and consolidating office orders where appropriate.
  • Answer incoming office calls, direct requests to the appropriate contacts, and help facilitate clear internal communication across teams.
  • Coordinate meeting arrangements, calendars, and general office logistics to support efficient daily operations.
  • Assist with onboarding preparation for new team members, including workspace readiness and related office coordination.
  • Organize employee events, recognition activities, celebrations, and team gatherings that strengthen workplace culture and engagement.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership on office-related matters and help maintain operational policies and procedures.
  • Help manage invoices and support accounts payable activities related to office vendors and services.
