Full Job Description Why FlexMed Solutions:
FlexMed Solutions is a new, 100% clinic-based ABA practice opening in DFW. This is a founding administrative hire and you will be the operational backbone of the clinic, working directly with leadership to set up scheduling, intake processes, and daily front-office workflows. As an early-stage practice our compensation reflects competitive base pay, quarterly bonuses tied to clinic performance, and direct input into how this office is run.

Clinic-Based Schedule:
Monday-Friday, standard clinic hours What the job actually involves: Manage daily clinic operations, including opening/closing and front-desk reception Build and manage schedules for clients, RBTs, and BCBAs, handling cancellations and makeup sessions Run the intake onboarding process for new families Maintain our EHR/practice management software and ensure patient records are up to date Assist with basic insurance verifications and coordinate with our clinical team Ensure the clinic stays fully HIPAA-compliant and properly supplied What you need: 3-5+ years of experience in a medical front office, therapy clinic, or scheduling role Familiarity with medical scheduling and intake workflows (EHR software experience is a big plus) Exceptional organization skills; you need to be able to keep a busy clinic running smoothly Comfort interacting directly with parents and children on the spectrum Bilingual (Spanish/English)?
