Duties Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining confidential information with integrity. Coordinate and plan company events, meetings, and training sessions to promote team engagement and professional development. Oversee schedule management for executives and staff, including calendar organization and multi-line phone systems. Supervise office staff and support team management initiatives to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service. Handle vendor management by negotiating contracts, processing invoices using accounting software like QuickBooks, and maintaining positive vendor relationships. Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, managing payroll processes, and supporting employee records updates. Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, prepare budgets, track expenses, and perform basic accounting tasks using spreadsheets and financial software. Support office experience enhancements by managing front desk duties, phone etiquette, client communication, and office supplies procurement. Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or related clerical roles with strong organizational skills. Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience with the ability to motivate staff effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with experience using spreadsheets for data analysis. Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar financial tools; accounting or finance background is highly desirable. Experience in event planning, vendor management, payroll processing, budgeting, and bookkeeping. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a professional demeanor for client interaction. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining high levels of accuracy in all tasks.
