This pivotal role combines leadership in test administration with administrative responsibilities, ensuring a smooth and professional testing experience for all participants. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly organized, flexible, and possess excellent communication skills to support both test-takers and staff effectively. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to educational excellence while honing your organizational and leadership abilities. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate standardized test administration, ensuring adherence to testing protocols and procedures. Supervise proctoring staff, providing guidance and support to maintain a professional testing environment. Oversee test-takers, addressing questions, providing instructions, and ensuring a positive testing experience. Operate video conferencing systems and other technology tools necessary for remote or hybrid testing formats. Maintain test security by monitoring for irregularities, managing confidential information, and enforcing policies. Assist the Program Manager with proctor scheduling, correspondence, record-keeping, and handling sensitive information with discretion. Collaborate with educational staff to facilitate smooth test logistics, including setup, materials distribution, and post-test procedures. Assist with general office and administrative duties, including but not limited to inventory management, filing, data entry, front-desk coverage, organization, and other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Familiarity with standardized test administration and procedures is preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication purposes. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with students and tutors of diverse backgrounds. Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently under deadlines. Effective communication and writing skills essential for clear instructions and reporting. Enthusiasm for supporting learners of all ages is essential.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
