Type:

full-time Brunel Energy is recruiting an Office Administrator to work with a major oil and gas company on a 6-9 months contract in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative office duties, including electronic filing, organizing, binding, routine reports, and other administrative responsibilities as requested. Manage meeting setup forms in Outlook as well as meeting room maintenance. Schedule and coordinate meetings/appointments, including determination of special equipment needs and room accommodations. Answer and direct telephone calls, deliver messages, schedule conference calls, and distribute incoming mail. Greet visitors and employees while maintaining security by adhering to visitor guidelines. Submit and process gym waivers for employees, ensuring all documentation is accurately recorded and stored. Monitor and manage tickets related to SPL and CCL through the Office Services ticketing system, assigning tickets to the appropriate team member for resolution as needed. Assist with onboarding new parkers, including account setup and documentation. Assist with employee event planning and setup, as well as day-to-day building operations. Update calendars to reflect meeting setups and assist with finding and scheduling conference rooms as requested. Submit dock requests for vendors to building management and coordinate related building services. Distribute office supplies and mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points as required. Perform furniture and conference room setup and maintain copy rooms by keeping them neat and well stocked. Answer customer questions regarding the status or feasibility of job requests.]

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of related work experience required. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator preferred. Working knowledge of facilities management or office administration. Strong customer service skills. Detail oriented with effective time management and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to learn new software and applications.
