The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in office management, event planning, and human resources. This role involves supervising staff, managing schedules, handling vendor relationships, and maintaining efficient office workflows to support the organization's goals. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management and multi-line phone systems Supervise administrative staff and coordinate team training & development initiatives Manage calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and event planning for internal and external events Handle vendor management, including negotiations and maintaining professional relationships Assist with bookkeeping, budgeting, payroll processing, and financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Maintain accurate filing systems, and document control Ensure effective communication across departments through phone etiquette and organizational skills Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding, employee records management, and policy enforcement Manage office supplies inventory and ensure a clean, organized workspace Support clerical tasks including data entry, report preparation, and general administrative duties Experience Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical and organizational tasks Supervising experience with team management responsibilities Familiarity with QuickBooks or comparable accounting software for bookkeeping and payroll processing Experience in event planning and vendor management is preferred Knowledge of human resources procedures, including onboarding and employee relations Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and organizational abilities Demonstrated ability to manage schedules effectively and handle multiple priorities simultaneously This position offers an engaging environment where your leadership skills will contribute significantly to the organization's success.
