We are committed to innovation, quality, and providing a professional experience for our employees, customers, and guests. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Receptionist to manage the front office and provide administrative support across multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and direct them appropriately. Answer and transfer incoming phone calls. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages. Complete daily office opening and closing duties. Maintain clean and stocked common areas, breakrooms, conference rooms, and supply areas. Order office, plant, kitchen, and shipping supplies. Prepare and coordinate FedEx shipments and customer samples. Provide administrative support to Sales, Product Development, HR, and leadership. Assist with new-hire orientation and employee applications.

• Coordinate office lunches, catering, birthdays, and company events

• Perform general clerical duties, filing, email correspondence, and document preparation.

Requirements:

Previous office administration or receptionist experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented and dependable. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well with different departments. Professional and customer-service focused.
