Job Responsibilities Responsible for daily administrative support and office operations, including office supplies, facilities, documents, meeting arrangements, and general coordination. Coordinate logistics activities, including shipment arrangements, delivery tracking, and communication with freight forwarders, warehouses, suppliers, and other partners. Support communication and coordination between the U.S. office and headquarters in China. Assist with business travel, meetings, events, and other office-related activities. Maintain administrative and logistics records and assist with related reports and documentation. Support other operational and administrative tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above; relevant experience in administration, logistics, business operations, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred. Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Good English communication skills; Mandarin Chinese is a plus. Experience in manufacturing, electrical equipment, energy, or other industrial companies is a plus.
