Job Description

The heartbeat of a high-performing real estate team Walk into The Franklin Team's Katy office on any given day and you'll see it: agents heading to closings and showings, deliveries arriving, or simply phones ringing, an Open House list coming together for the weekend. We need someone who thrives in that motion — who can juggle five things at once without dropping any of them, and who genuinely likes being the person everyone turns to when they need something done right. If you're organized almost to a fault, you get real satisfaction from a clean inbox and a color-coded calendar, and you want a role where your work is visible and valued — keep reading. Why this role You'll never wonder what "impact" looks like. Every meeting that goes off without a hitch due to your help, every lead you route, every Open House you set up directly supports agents closing deals for real families. Real autonomy, real structure. You'll follow clear SOPs and guides, while owning how you execute your day. A team that's actually growing. New agents onboard regularly, which means this role — and your responsibilities — will grow with the team, not stay static. Consistent, predictable hours. In-office, 40 hours a week. No late nights, no on-call chaos. This position is a Sunday-Thursday role. What you'll own Office & Communications Be the first voice and face people encounter — answering phones, managing the team inbox, greeting walk-ins, and routing leads quickly and accurately Keep the office running: supplies, mail, organization, deliveries, copier services, and vendor relationships A willingness to "own the office" - being proactive in keeping the office stocked with all supplies, and ensuring that everything has a home, and makes it back there each day. Closings & Transactions Track New Construction Closings (dates, times, title company contacts) and get them onto the calendar within 2 hours of receipt Keep post-closing mailing lists current Obtain feedback following showings on behalf of the listing agent Open Houses Build and maintain the weekly Open House list, get listings into MLS and the team calendar, and handle agent questions and collateral requests — including on weekends Agent Onboarding Providing support every new agent so their first weeks are smooth, not scattered Team Support Be a go-to resource for agents and team members, jumping in wherever the day needs you Execution of monthly birthday celebrations Preparing and coordinating vendors and partners prior to in-office meetings What you'll bring Prior experience in office administration, customer service, or a similar coordination-heavy role (real estate or transaction coordination experience is a plus, not required) Comfort being emerged in systems - from our CRM to MLS, ShowingSmart, Transaction Management System and calendar/scheduling tools Sharp written and verbal communication — you'll represent the team on every call and email The kind of organizational instinct that catches details before they become problems A genuine "how can I help" mindset, even when the office gets busy
