This role offers the opportunity to support both caregivers and clients while ensuring smooth office operations. We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our independently owned and operated national agency. We are scheduling interviews immediately for this position.
Office Manager Responsibilities:
Oversight of all office operations and staff positions Perform and coordinate field supervisor duties, including caregiver check-ins, client visits, and quality assurance Provide leadership, coaching, and training for office staff and caregivers Manage administrative tasks and paperwork, including scheduling, documentation, compliance records, and client files Maintain strong client and employee relationships, ensuring accurate and timely documentation Monitor service delivery and ensure adherence to company policies and state regulations Support onboarding, hiring processes, and staff performance evaluations Responsibility for meeting performance goals set by the franchise owner
Office Manager Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of two years of supervisory or management experience in home care or a related field preferred; experience with administrative coordination and field supervision strongly desired
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and customer service skills; proficiency in handling paperwork, scheduling systems, and documentation requirements
Characteristics:
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities
