Spinal Decompression Office Manager Position:

Office Manager Genesis Back and Neck Spinal Decompression Office in Mckinney TX, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Spinal Decompression Front Desk Manager/Decompression Tech. If you're a RockStar with a passion for aiding individuals in finding relief from back and neck pain, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with patients directly, administering state-of-the-art spinal decompression for bulging and herniated discs using the

DRX 9000.

Demonstrate a fearless and driven personality, coupled with comfort in interacting with people and exceptional attention to detail. Showcase problem-solving skills, coachability, and a desire for personal and professional growth. Excel in multitasking, demonstrating excellent critical thinking abilities.

About Genesis Spinal Decompression:

At Genesis, we specialize in cutting-edge spinal decompression techniques, helping patients avoid the need for excessive medication or risky surgeries.

Requirements:

A mature individual with the ability to focus on driving and building our new office. Sales or customer service experience is a plus, along with comfort in handling phone communications. Must have reliable transportation.

Work Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday:

7:45 AM•12:00 PM / 2:00 PM•6:00

PM Wednesday and Friday:

7:45 AM•12:00

PM Additional Details:

Full Time position with no health benefits.

Compensation:
