Full-Time About the Role We're looking for a highly organized, dependable Office Manager to keep our real estate office running smoothly. This role is the backbone of daily operations — supporting the broker, keeping our agents equipped and unblocked, managing office files and finances, and making sure our digital and physical spaces stay organized and professional. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities, solve problems independently, and represent the office well both in person and with tenants and clients. Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support Assist Charles (Owner/Broker) with personal and household tasks as needed Order and manage office supplies, groceries, and other office needs Run errands as required to support daily operations Office Operations Open and close the office daily, including all opening and closing procedures Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the office space Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting for office printers, MacBooks, and other office equipment Support agents with day-to-day needs and requests File & Records Management Organize and maintain all real estate files and documentation Keep Google Drive organized and up to date so that all agents can easily access documents for any active or past deals Ensure consistency and accuracy of digital filing systems across the team Financial Administration Handle a majority of office financial tasks (e.g., bookkeeping support, invoicing, expense tracking) Collect rent from tenants Real Estate & Marketing Support Take photos of properties for sale or lease to support agents' listings Assist agents with general tasks related to active listings and transactions Qualifications Prior experience in an office management, administrative, or executive assistant role preferred Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and/or Microsoft Word Basic IT troubleshooting skills (printers, MacBooks, general office tech) Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Comfortable managing financial tasks and handling rent collection Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for errands and property visits) Experience in real estate or property management is a plus, but not required Flexibility with schedule — occasional need for weekend availability or meetings after 5pm What We're Looking For Someone who is organized, dependable, and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment — a true team player who takes ownership of the office and helps everyone, from the broker to every agent, stay on top of their work.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 38.0 - 48.0 per week
