JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative functions of our Midland office. This position serves as a key support role for operations, payroll coordination, employee onboarding, compliance tracking, office administration, and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced oilfield service environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manage daily office operations and administrative functions. Supervise and support administrative staff to ensure efficient office performance. Coordinate employee onboarding, new hire paperwork, and personnel records. Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping administration. Maintain employee files, training records, certifications, and compliance documentation. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed. Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally. Assist management with reporting, data entry, and special projects. Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and company events. Ensure company policies, procedures, and administrative standards are followed. Provide administrative support to operations, dispatch, field supervisors, and management teams. Maintain confidentiality of employee, customer, and company information.

EDUCATION, LICENSES AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or higher preferred. 3+ years of office management, administrative management, HR administration, or related experience preferred. Experience with payroll, employee onboarding, personnel records, and general office administration preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT
Work Environment:
Office-based position with standard working hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; moderate exposure to elements such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and moderate noise due to the office being attached to an operational shop environment.
Physical Demands:
Requires light physical work; regularly required to sit or stand, use hands and fingers to operate a computer, and occasionally lift office supplies and materials.
