Job Description

Office Manager We are looking for an office manager to efficiently ensure the daily operation of the workplace by overseeing administrative duties and managing facility resources. Acting as the central point of contact for internal communication, vendor relations, and workflow optimization to maintain a productive and organized environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee and evaluate office procedures, streamline workflows, and develop administrative systems. Maintain office infrastructure, liaise with external vendors/contractors, and ensure workplace safety and compliance. Monitor administrative budgets, process invoices, and track office expenditure. Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and organize company events.
Essential Skills and Qualifications Organization & Time Management:
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Communication:
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of staff and clients.
Technical Proficiency:
High computer literacy, including advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management.
Problem-Solving:
Proactive aptitude for identifying inefficiencies and resolving conflicts or maintenance issues.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
