Job Responsibilities Answering incoming customer calls in a courteous & professional manner; resolving customer inquiries, requests, billing questions, and scheduling service; as well as welcoming prospective new customers interested in learning about our services. There is also a high volume of outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction, confirm service appointments, and collect overdue payments. Additional responsibilities may expand to include daily reporting; updating customer account information; accounts payable; human resource paperwork; payroll processing; etc. Summary of job duties & responsibilities: Building Long-Term, Trusting Relationships with our Customers Guaranteeing Customer Satisfaction (doing the right thing) Handling customer calls Scheduling appointments Collecting & posting customer payments Processing invoices for payment Timely and accurate completion of all required reports Preparing and processing HR paperwork & bi-monthly payroll Ensuring all Company Policies & Procedures are followed Projecting a professional image
Requirements:
Minimum five years' experience in Office Management Excellent computer skills in MS Office, Excel, and Word Self-starter, quick learner Able to multi-task, prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met High School Diploma or Equivalent Background checks will be completed on all candidates considered for hire.   • High School Diploma or GED at a minimum
  • Previous experience with customer service on the phone
