Haywood's Autocrafters is a fast-growing, high-quality auto body repair facility known for doing things the right way. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us and be a key part of building something bigger.

We have two locations:

Round Rock and Liberty Hill. The position may be at either location. Training will take place in Round Rock.

Position Overview:

We're looking for a highly organized, dependable Office Manager who can handle multiple responsibilities without letting anything slip through the cracks. This role is the backbone of our daily operations. If you thrive in a busy environment and know how to keep things moving, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer interactions from drop-off to delivery Communicate with insurance companies and adjusters Process payroll and assist with basic accounting tasks Oversee production flow and help keep repairs on schedule Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage daily communication Order office and shop supplies Enter invoices and maintain accurate records Assist with sales on customer-pay jobs Check vehicles in and coordinate repair intake Support team members across the shop as needed

Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without getting overwhelmed Loyalty and a team-first mindset Someone willing to put in the time and effort to help grow the business Previous experience in an auto body shop or similar industry is a plus, but not required
