This pivotal role combines administrative excellence with team leadership, ensuring the studio runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. The ideal candidate will be passionate about dance and community engagement, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment. As Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our studio, managing everything from scheduling classes to vendor relations, while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for staff and clients alike. Duties Manage the studio's daily administrative operations, including front desk duties, phone handling, and client communication with professionalism and warmth Oversee scheduling of classes, workshops, and special events using calendar management tools to optimize studio capacity and client satisfaction Supervise administrative staff and support team members to ensure seamless office functions and excellent customer service Handle bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and financial recordkeeping using accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms Coordinate vendor relationships for supplies, maintenance services, and equipment needs while managing contracts and payments Organize event planning for recitals, community outreach programs, and promotional activities to boost studio visibility and engagement Maintain confidential information with integrity while ensuring compliance with all office policies and procedures Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a busy environment; experience in a dance studio or arts organization is a plus Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with familiarity with spreadsheets and financial software such as QuickBooks Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management skills that motivate staff and foster a collaborative work environment Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, payroll processing, budgeting, and vendor management Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—and excellent phone etiquette for front desk interactions Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times Experience with event planning, calendar management, filing systems, and client communication strategies Join us as we create an inspiring space where dance thrives!
