As an integral member of our accounting team, you'll handle critical billing operations, ensuring precision and efficiency in our financial processes. Your role will support the dealership's success and uphold our commitment to excellence. Your Role as a

New Car Desk Clerk:

Process and post retail and wholesale vehicles accurately. Manage payoff processes for trade-in vehicles and issue corresponding checks. Manage outstanding trade-in titles. Handle Cash in Transit (CIT) and incentive management. Oversee daily floor plan management and postings. Generate weekly and monthly financial reports. Assist with end-of-month closings and ensure timely financial submissions.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in accounting is preferred. Dealership/Automotive experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
