What will you do in this position? Responsible for selling our products and services. Keep office area clean and presentable Order-entry, monitoring status of orders, and processing customer contracts. Ensure accurate records are kept for all memorial sales. Follow-up with customers to answer questions, recommend products and finalize orders. Assist customers and arrange payment terms in accordance with established company guidelines. May conduct occasional cemetery lot checks identifying granite to be matched and/or inscriptions, take photos, etc. Work with area funeral directors and their staffs on various customer orders. General office duties such as scanning, filing, answering phones, customer service, etc. This position would work about 35 to 40 hours a week Monday - Friday and an occasional Saturday What are we looking for? Previous office administrative experience required. Attention to detail and precise in completing work tasks. Ability to work independently. Solid computer skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. Sales experience required Quick Books desktop knowledge preferred.. Graphic design experience preferred, but not required.
