In this on-site role, you will lead all business office functions, including billing, accounts receivable, resident trust, payroll, and admissions paperwork. You will ensure accurate Medicare/Medicaid and insurance billing, manage collections and month-end reporting, and support residents and families with financial questions. Working within a servant-leadership, faith-based culture, you will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to maintain compliance, support smooth operations, and promote dignified, person-centered care. Responsibilities Oversee daily business office operations for the skilled nursing community Manage billing, accounts receivable, resident trust, and collections processes Ensure accurate and timely Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing Process payroll and maintain accurate employee and financial records Prepare and review month-end financial reports and reconciliations Support residents and families with financial questions and admission paperwork Maintain compliance with HIPAA, payer guidelines, and company policies Supervise, train, and schedule business office staff Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and administrative leaders to support operations Contribute to a servant-leadership, person-centered, faith-based culture Required Skills Medical billing and collections Accounts receivable management Payroll processing Medicare and Medicaid billing Private insurance verification Revenue cycle management Healthcare compliance and HIPAA knowledge EMR and billing software proficiency Financial reporting and reconciliation Staff supervision and scheduling
