Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring the office runs efficiently. Manage vendor relationships, vendor vetting, office services, and facilities coordination. Process invoices and provide accounts payable support. Coordinate office supplies, kitchen management, and company assets. Plan and execute employee events, leadership meetings, holiday celebrations, and office initiatives. Provide administrative support to executive leadership, including the CFO, CEO, and Accounting leadership team. Handle multiple priorities while serving as the primary point of contact for office-related needs. Qualifications 3+ years of Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar experience. Experience with vendor management, invoice processing, and general office administration. Accounting or accounts payable exposure preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to adapt to new systems quickly. #ZRCFS #
