Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking organized Medical Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, prior authorization, and getting EOBs for our patients. This role would be helpful for career growth in medical field. This vital role involves maintaining a welcoming front desk presence. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, be pro-active With medical insurance and claims verification Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Organizing faxes received, triaging them and scheduling new patient appointments along with setting the follow ups. Coordinating care between providers and patients. Oversee daily administrative functions including data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications Handle incoming inquiries via phone or email, providing excellent customer support and support for client or patient needs Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies inventory Coordinate office logistics including mail distribution, filing systems, and office equipment maintenance Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to assist with invoicing and expense tracking Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience with office management duties including calendar management, data entry, filing, and clerical support Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to manage high call volumes smoothly Customer service expertise with a friendly demeanor and strong communication skills Prior experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in medical or dental office preferred. Familiarity with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks for basic financial tasks Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy in all tasks Time management skills to prioritize responsibilities effectively while maintaining professionalism
Pay:
