Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy office environment. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks, maintaining efficient office workflows, and providing exceptional support to our team and clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude to foster a productive and welcoming workplace atmosphere. Duties Oversee all office management functions, including supply procurement, equipment maintenance, and workflow organization. Assist with multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries professionally, and direct calls appropriately. Coordinate calendar management, schedule meetings, and organize appointments for staff and executives. Handle data entry tasks with accuracy using spreadsheets and productivity software such as Microsoft Office. Maintain filing systems, process invoices, and perform clerical duties including proofreading and word processing Provide excellent customer service at the front desk by greeting visitors, managing client communication, and supporting customer support initiatives Support administrative functions through document preparation, phone etiquette enforcement, and general office support tasks Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical work and customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), spreadsheets, data entry, and productivity software Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong computer literacy with technical proficiency in office equipment and software tools Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients and team members Previous experience managing front desk operations, calendar scheduling, and phone communication is preferred Exceptional phone etiquette, proofreading skills, and time management capabilities are essential Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating an organized, efficient workplace where your skills make a real difference!
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
