Job Description
Top Water Pools, LLC is looking for an experienced Pool Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Victoria, TX. We're seeking someone who already has hands-on pool service experience and can confidently perform routine maintenance while providing reliable, quality service to our customers.
This is a full-time, in-person position with an opportunity to grow with our company. What You'll Do Perform routine and preventative maintenance on residential and/or commercial swimming pools Test and balance pool water chemistry Clean pools, skimmers, filters, baskets, and surrounding areas Inspect pool equipment and identify potential maintenance or service issues Maintain pumps, filters, heaters, and other pool equipment Add and handle pool chemicals safely and according to proper procedures Keep accurate service records and communicate any issues or recommendations Provide dependable, professional service at each customer location Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area What We're Looking For Previous professional pool maintenance or pool service experience required Hands-on experience with pool cleaning, water chemistry, and pool equipment Ability to identify common pool maintenance and equipment issues Comfortable working independently and managing a daily service schedule Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to safely lift, carry, and handle pool equipment and chemicals

Compensation & Benefits Pay:
