Assistant Business Office Manager Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure each resident's financial information is kept confidential Handles resident billing and collection Records and balances facility census information Attends daily and weekly facility-required meetings Handles Resident Trust Fund duties as assigned Maintains and reconciles facility petty cash fund
Qualifications:
Business office experience in a Skilled Nursing environment preferred 2 years of medical billing experience. Experience with assisting resident families with billing and insurance inquiries
Excellent Customer Service Skills EOE/Minorities/Females/Veteran/Disability Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
