• $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience We are a growing, two-clinic veterinary practice with a close-knit team and a strong commitment to developing our employees. We have created structured training, onboarding, skill-development, and employee-recognition programs. We are now looking for someone who can bring those programs to life by keeping them organized, consistent, and meaningful for our team. This is a good fit for someone who naturally notices when a coworker could use support, enjoys recognizing people for a job well done, and follows through on important details. You do not need to be the loudest person in the room, but you should be comfortable communicating clearly, encouraging others, and offering a kind reminder when something needs attention. What you'll do Coordinate employee training, development plans, and skill assessments Help team members understand their next steps and stay on track Recognize accomplishments and make sure good work is celebrated Guide new employees through their first days and weeks Maintain accurate records, schedules, and internal systems Help manage our practice software, inventory information, services, and pricing Support client reminders, forms, website updates, and social media as the role develops Provide occasional front-desk or clinic-floor support when extra help is needed What we're looking for You are dependable, organized, and approachable. When you commit to something, you see it through. You can keep several projects moving without losing sight of the people involved, and you are comfortable learning new systems when there is not already an expert in the room. Because this position works with personnel information, payroll details, and confidential client records, discretion and good judgment are essential. You will also need reliable transportation and the ability to work at both our Castle Dale and Price locations. Veterinary or medical-office experience is helpful, but it is not required. A degree is not required. We are happy to train the right person. What we offer $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience Full-time employment Meaningful responsibility and direct access to the practice owner Training and professional-development opportunities A defined path toward an Office Manager position The opportunity to make a visible difference for two local clinics and the people who work in them To apply Please email your résumé to glen@emeryanimalhealth.com. In your email, briefly answer these two questions: Tell us about a time you helped a coworker improve or made sure their good work was recognized. What did you do? Tell us about a time you took something disorganized and made it run more smoothly. A few thoughtful sentences for each question is plenty. Your answers will help us get to know you beyond your résumé. Emery Animal Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and hire based on ability, character, and fit.
