Location:
Holladay, Utah (In Person) Seasonal Position with the opportunity to transition into a year-round leadership role based on performance and business needs. About the Role The Office ManagerBookkeeper is a hybrid leadership position responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of Powder House Ski Shop. This role combines office management, bookkeeping, payroll support, inventory management, retail operations, scheduling, and team leadership to help keep the business running efficiently. Approximately half of your week will be spent supporting daily retail operations and leading the sales floor. The remainder will focus on QuickBooks, accounts payable, payroll administration, purchase order processing, inventory coordination, reconciliations, reporting, and office administration. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident working with numbers. The ideal candidate takes initiative, communicates professionally, enjoys improving processes, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Experience with QuickBooks, bookkeeping, payroll, spreadsheets, and retail operations is strongly preferred.
