Imagine baking fresh hot bagels in the early morning when the world is still quiet and serene; the roar of the oven, and smell of fresh baking bread. If you are the type of person who is as dependable as a rock, who will be there when its time to go because the entire team is counting on you, then this is for you. The key man in the bagel shop is the Baker. Responsibilities 3:00 am start time. Saturday, Sunday, and Mondays, only. Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards in taste, appearance, and freshness. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including oven and kettle. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Qualifications Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar culinary role is preferred. Trend of longevity in former positions held. Enjoys working early mornings and will be there come rain or shine. Dependable.
