The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in office management, ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage schedules, coordinate events, and maintain effective communication across teams. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow Manage scheduling, including calendar management for team members Coordinate event planning and logistics for company functions Supervise office staff and provide training & development opportunities Handle vendor management and maintain relationships with suppliers Oversee human resources functions including payroll processing and employee onboarding Ensure proper filing systems are in place for easy access to documents Manage front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette Provide clerical support as needed, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently Experience Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team effectively Excellent organizational skills management keen attention to detail Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and vendors Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards PAY DOE We invite qualified candidates who are ready to contribute to our dynamic team to apply for this exciting opportunity.
