Job Description

About the Role The Service Technician is responsible for on-site inspections, adjustments, and repairs of window and door products. This role requires strong construction knowledge, hands-on problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You'll be a key player in maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability. What You'll Do Conduct thorough inspections and repairs of windows and doors at job sites and client homes Diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently to ensure long-lasting solutions Identify and report potential quality concerns to improve processes and product performance Complete detailed service reports summarizing work performed and recommendations Follow company protocols and safety standards to ensure consistent, high-quality service Collaborate with installation crews, warehouse staff, and project managers to coordinate service visits and maintain smooth operations What We're Looking For 1+ year of construction, installation, or service experience (window and door experience a plus) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent in-home customer service and communication skills High attention to detail and craftsmanship Dependable, punctual, and professional in all interactions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Why You'll Love Working Here ✅ Competitive pay based on experience ✅ Paid holidays and time off ✅ Supportive, team-oriented environment ✅ Opportunities for training and growth
