As a CM Office Manager, you will provide support to construction field offices. What are the core responsibilities for the role? Coordinate with Resident Engineer and project field staff Project Document control Change Order Management Pay Item Documentation and control Project close out Inspect contract documents to make sure they are compliant with standards and specifications Timely delivery and/or quality of deliverables Effectively communicates with contractors and subcontractors Willing to accept other responsibilities and duties as assigned. Establishes and maintains a variety of files and records.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
5+ years of experience Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Knowledge of Federal requirements for Labor Compliance (preferred) Knowledge of UDOT's computer systems (Masterworks, ProjectWise, E-Comply) (preferred) Extremely Detail oriented Able to prioritize heavy workloads Able to Multi-task Has excellent communication skills Ability to work with and take direction from multiple levels of professional staff Ability to work under pressure in a team environment with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong leadership and customer service skills Possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record Why would a candidate want this job?
