Position Summary:
The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational management of a busy family medicine practice. This role provides leadership to staff, ensures efficient clinic operations, supports patient access and satisfaction, and maintains compliance with organizational policies, employment practices, and confidentiality standards. The Office Manager promotes a professional, collaborative work environment and supports continuous improvement and value-based care initiatives.Essential Job Functions:
Leadership & Staff Management:
- Lead, supervise, and support administrative and support staff
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and required evaluations
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and corrective action in coordination with HR
- Maintain confidential personnel documentation
Scheduling & Payroll Support:
- Manage staffing schedules and approve time off and overtime
- Monitor hours for payroll accuracy and benefit eligibility
Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure smooth daily clinic operations and patient flow
- Address workflow issues and implement solutions
- Support staff certification and compliance requirements
Continuous Improvement:
- Support value-based care initiatives
- Participate in committees and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required- Supervisory experience or a minimum of two years with Revere Health
- Medical office experience preferred
Hours:
varies: Monday-Friday 7 a.m.-5 p.m. - will usually be asked to work four 9 or 10 hour days.Similar jobs in Vineyard, UT
