GED Full Job Description Position Summary :
Reporting directly to the Human Resources Director, the Office Manager will collaborate with our divisions and corporate functions to support the offices and employees within them. You will create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness. Human Resources Handle all events and celebrations for the company in partnership with the Human Resources Director. Order and maintain marketing swag for new hire orientation and events. Assist with scheduling campus recruiting events. Help improve company procedures and day-to-day operation. Take the lead in culture and engagement initiatives. Assist in archiving old projects Office Management Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling meetings, and preparing reports. Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including vendors. Order lunches for leadership meetings. Kitchen and Office Supply Management. Greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees. Miscellaneous special projects as necessary. Managing and assign parking. Manage and assign offices to staff and procure equipment and furniture as required. Work with front desk staff to make sure guests are greeted and mail services are maintained. Coordinate office repairs and maintenance. Maintain the field safety vest and hard hat supply.Requirements :
High School Degree, additional qualifications an Administrative Assistant will be a plus. 2- 4 years of experience in office administration and human resources. Experience working in a construction company preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, in particular). Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements. The ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality is a must!Benefits
