Technology, Software, IT, Electronics Description Description The Front Office Content Manager is a department-level position that plays a critical role shaping workforce engagement and mission partner interactions. As a member of the Front Office Team, they will be responsible for creating, publishing and managing content to: capture the impact of ongoing research and development activities; support knowledge management efforts; promote internal awareness of projects and activities; and support engagement with mission partners. Working with team members, the Content Manager will support weekly publication cycles, ad hoc content creation, special events (conferences, all-hands, etc.), and curation of standard briefing materials. Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Drafting and publishing content across the range of internal communication channels, including the Customer's website. Helping to develop and distribute employee communications content that supports the Customer's communications strategy and reflects key messaging. Supporting weekly publication cycles for highlights and newsletters. Supporting the design, development, and implementation of various software solutions for content/knowledge management.
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph 
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional communications team members. Successful experience working directly with customers, including senior leaders, to develop visual communication and design solutions; must demonstrate ability to present and explain design strategy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop content for presentations, briefings, reports, blogs, and web platforms. Experience with content management systems (e.g. Joomla and Wordpress) including CMS plug-ins and extensions, and site maintenance. Working knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and familiarity with responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite/SharePoint. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize competing deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or similar visualization software). Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Target salary range:
$120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
