Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk activities, manage guest relations, and ensure smooth communication across all hotel departments. Your leadership will set the tone for a welcoming environment, fostering guest satisfaction and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills, be multilingual or bilingual, and demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic resort or hotel setting. Duties Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes while maintaining high standards of guest service Oversee reservation management, including handling special requests and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Ensure adherence to phone etiquette protocols and provide clear communication to guests and team members alike Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a memorable stay for all visitors Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet quality standards Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies Train staff on hospitality best practices, including customer service excellence, guest services procedures, and hospitality management principles Experience Proven experience in hotel management or front office operations within a resort or hotel environment Strong background in hospitality management with demonstrated leadership skills in supervising front desk teams Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests Extensive knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation platforms, and multi-line phone systems Prior experience in guest services, guest relations, and handling night audits is preferred Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences through effective communication and problem-solving Familiarity with phone etiquette standards and hospitality industry best practices Join us as a Front Office Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
