Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy truck accessory office. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for creating a welcoming and well-managed workplace. Responsibilities Oversee operations, greeting customers and answering phone with professionalism and courtesy. Manage and schedule appointments to ensure proper workflow. Maintain accurate filing systems and invoicing. Handle office supply inventory, order necessary materials and parts, and manage vendor relationships. Utilize productivity software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and QuickBooks for financial tracking, reporting, and administrative tasks. Support client communication through phone conversations, email correspondence, and customer service interactions with a friendly demeanor. Manage clerical tasks including typing, word processing, spreadsheets creation, and general administrative support to streamline daily operations. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, data entry, and general computer literacy. Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable. Excellent phone etiquette with experience in client communication. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles demonstrating professionalism and interpersonal skills. Technical proficiency in office equipment such as printers, scanners, and filing systems is essential. Previous experience in dealership or body shop is a plus.
Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
