Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support our leadership team and oversee daily office operations. This role involves providing administrative support, managing office functions, and handling light bookkeeping and payroll duties. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful professional with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence. Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment. Coordinate and facilitate internal communications among team members and departments. Assist with light bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping. Support payroll processing activities to ensure timely and accurate employee payments. Manage office supplies inventory, vendor relationships, and facilities maintenance. Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Contribute to process improvements for administrative workflows and office management procedures. Experience Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar administrative role. Familiarity with basic bookkeeping practices and payroll procedures is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace; experience with accounting or payroll software is a plus. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Professional demeanor with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Pay:
$55,996.25 - $67,436.34 per year
