Our mission is to deliver exceptional administrative support and patient care while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service. Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and motivated Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our disability examination clinic. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient office workflow, provide exceptional customer service to veterans and service members, supervise administrative staff, and maintain compliance with clinic policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Manage daily front office operations and administrative workflow. Supervise, and support reception and administrative staff. Coordinate patient scheduling and appointment management. Ensure accurate patient registration and documentation. Maintain confidential medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providers, and referral partners. Monitor office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Resolve patient concerns professionally and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment. Assist with payroll, staff scheduling, and performance evaluations. Prepare reports and maintain operational records. Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards. Support providers during clinic operations as needed. QualificationsRequired High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2-3 years of office management or healthcare administration experience. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment. Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Preferred Experience in a medical office or disability examination clinic. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations. Familiarity with serving military, veteran, or government populations.
