Summary We are seeking to hire experienced administrative personnel for a Branch/Office Administrator position. The primary responsibilities of the Branch/Office Administrator involve handling the day-to-day administrative duties of the branch. This full-time employment opportunity offers you experience that will advance your career, knowledge growth, and professional development. Responsibilities As a Branch/Office Administrator your daily duties will include, but may not be limited to: Make phone calls to customers to confirm appointments for the following day. Making changes to the service schedules to reflect canceled, moved, or new appointments.
  • Call customers to arrange payment on delinquent accounts as needed.
  • Call customers whose contract warranty has expired, reminding them that payment is due, and collect payment when possible.
  • Answer calls from customers and corporate personnel regarding various issues.
  • Conduct collection calls to customers to secure payment on outstanding accounts.
  • Office duties including but not limited to typing, filing, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements The primary requirements of a Branch/Office Administrator involve: Prior office and/or customer service experience required. High School Degree or equivalent. Ability to work off hours including up to 6 PM on weekdays and Saturdays on a rotating basis. Outstanding people skills. Comfortable making outbound and taking inbound phone calls.
