The Office Administrator provides leadership and supervision to our administrative operations. This role is responsible for managing employee building access, purchasing, calendar coordination, and general office functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and service-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for office guests and manage building access.
Oversee general office operations:
phones, filing, mail, and supplies. Lead employee engagement initiatives and appreciation events. Manage membership card distribution and external gift certificate requests. Coordinate shared conference room reservations and maintain the Association Event/Meeting Calendar. Support the planning and execution of events including staff meetings and celebrations, leadership retreats, committee meetings, groundbreaking and grand opening ceremonies and other special events. Provide administrative support to Executive Leadership Team members. Create presentations in Power Point and maintain document folder accessible to select staff. Maintain office and kitchen supplies and manage print material orders. Support special projects and fulfill other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of office experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Experience with accounting or purchasing is a plus.
