We are looking for an Office Manager with Full Charge Bookkeeper experience who is a dependable, detailed, team player. You will provide primary support to our team and our clients.
Main Responsibilities Include:
Assist company management with financial planning and budgeting Record day to day financial transactions Maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable process AIA billing knowledge preferred Purchase order knowledge preferred Maintain all financial records Reconcile bank accounts with monthly ending balances Participate in any financial auditing activities Prepare tax returns assisted by outside bookkeeper Prepare and submit government licensing and tax documents Process bi-weekly payroll with infrequent certified payroll reports Other administrative duties as management may from time to time reasonably assign Completing prequalification required by client with confidential company data HR responsibilities including new hire and benefits processing
Educational Requirements:
5+ years office experience with bookkeeping and customer service in Construction Associate/bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related field is preferred
Additional Qualifications Include:
Must be proficient with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Payroll Must be adept with Microsoft Word and Excel Possess the ability to creatively solve problems and set priorities Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills Possess Ability to multi-task and process multiple Must have a strong attention to detail and have excellent organizational skills Character traits must include self-motivation, persistence, and responsibility
