Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the administrative operations of our Inhome Support company. This vital role ensures seamless office functionality, effective team management, and exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As the backbone of our office, you will coordinate daily activities, oversee vendor relationships, manage schedules, and support our mission to provide outstanding in-home assistance to clients. Duties Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient administrative processes Manage scheduling for staff, clients, and vendors using calendar management tools Supervise administrative staff and support team members through training and development initiatives Handle human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining confidential personnel records, and supporting payroll processing with accounting software like QuickBooks Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, including invoicing, billing, and expense tracking using spreadsheets and accounting software Manage client communication with professionalism via multi-line phone systems and email correspondence Organize community outreach events or client appreciation activities to foster positive relationships Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards when handling sensitive medical or personal information Prepare reports related to office finances, budgeting, and operational metrics for leadership review Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within healthcare or support services environments Supervising experience with a track record of leading teams effectively Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and financial software such as QuickBooks or similar accounting tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently Experience with scheduling management and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of human resources practices including onboarding, training.
