Duties Supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring all guest interactions are positive, professional, and memorable Oversee hotel reservation systems such as OPERA and property management systems (PMS), maintaining accuracy and efficiency in booking processes Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures with a focus on phone etiquette, clarity, and friendliness Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills to enhance guest satisfaction Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and uphold hotel standards Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance Implement hotel emergency procedures effectively while maintaining guest safety at all times Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment Strong knowledge of hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA and property management systems (PMS) Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Familiarity with hotel management practices including guest relations, night audit procedures, and emergency protocols Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism Experience working with hotel emergency procedures, guest services protocols, and conflict resolution strategies Prior resort experience is preferred but not required; a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences is essential Join us in creating welcoming environments where every guest feels valued!
